Return policy

For hygienic reasons, we currently do not accept any returns for online orders unless the products itself is damaged or flawed.

Please email us directly at info@mariannsilk.com for any return inquiries within 14 days of receiving merchandise. Otherwise returns may be declined. Please specify product information, quantity and reasons for returns.

All items must be in their original packaging and in their original condition.

We recommend that you use USPS Ground for your return and please keep your shipping receipt for your protection.

Mari Ann reserves the right to determine the course of actions for your returns. After approval of returns, we will refund you of product plus shipping cost within 30 days of receiving your returned product.
